This project is currently under construction as a result of an insurance claim from a fire. The entire structure was reviewed and it was determined that nothing was salvageable.

The scope of work involved a complete redesign of the dwelling based on the owners requirements and preferences. This project also required an application to the Committee of Adjustment for several minor variances required as a result of required setbacks to property lines.
